The camera isn't working
The scanner is inside the Vaultneur app. Your phone's own camera app won't have it. Open Vaultneur, tap Settings, thenAdd from my computer, then Connect a computer.
If your phone asks for permission to use the camera, choose Allow. Vaultneur uses it only to read the square on this screen.
No Add from my computer in your Settings? Your app is an older version. Update Vaultneur from the App Store or Google Play, then try again.
